How to mirror to a Hisense TV

Three steps, and the first is the one that decides whether the other two matter.

Confirm the pair can work

Find your phone in the table above. If it says Not over Wi-Fi, stop here - no app or setting will change that, and the fix is an adapter or a Chromecast.

Same Wi-Fi network and same band on both. Several brands only advertise themselves once mirroring is already open on the TV, which is why scanning first so often finds nothing.

What else to know about Hisense TVs

Anyview Cast is Hisense's own branded Miracast implementation, present on many models since around 2014.
It is a built-in TV feature and it is free. You do not need a third-party app to use it.
On a Hisense Google TV model a Pixel will mirror fine; on a VIDAA model it will not.

If your phone is not compatible

There is no software fix for a missing protocol. Both of these are more reliable than wireless mirroring anyway.

Which Android phones can mirror to a Hisense TV?

Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO, OPPO / realme / vivo, Tecno / Infinix / itel can mirror to a Hisense TV over Wi-Fi. Google Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola, Huawei / HONOR can on some Hisense models but not others, because the brand ships more than one TV platform.

Why does my Hisense TV not show up when I scan?

Hisense support splits by platform, not by brand. VIDAA models use Anyview Cast, which is Miracast. Hisense Google TV and Android TV models use Chromecast built-in and have no Anyview Cast at all. Some regions also ship Hisense Roku TVs. Checking the brand alone will mislead you - check the platform. If your phone and TV do share a protocol, the next things to check are that both are on the same Wi-Fi network and the same band, and that the network is not a guest network with client isolation switched on.

Does a Hisense TV support Miracast or Chromecast?

Hisense televisions accept Miracast and Google Cast (Chromecast built-in). Which one applies depends on the platform your particular set runs - Hisense ships VIDAA, Google TV, Android TV, Roku TV.
